We ship globally. If you can receive a package, we can send one.

7 to 14 business days for most destinations. Some regions are faster. You'll get a tracking link once your order ships.

Yes. Email us at vaulted@sogoodmail.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work it out.

Yes. We source from verified suppliers and test products before adding them to the vault.
